We will Arrive, Set up, Cook,
Carve and Serve the pig with a fully qualified chef and one additional person to
serve. In our experience a chef trying to carve and serve just does not work satisfactory,
queuing and waiting times can be too long, which is why we always use at least two
staff.....more for larger events.
We provide our own gazebos, tables, table cloths, generators if required and lighting.
