We will arrive, set up, cook, carve and Serve the pig with a fully qualified chef and one additional person to serve. In our experience a chef on his own trying to carve and serve just does not work, queuing and waiting times can be too long, which is why we always use at least two staff.....more for larger events.

 

Please remember with us you are getting top of the range equipment, fully qualified experienced happy staff who will be wearing cleaned and pressed whites for your event, fresh meat cooked on the day of the event, fresh rolls baked by our local baker, (Not frozen).  In short, professional looking Staff and professionally prepared and presented food.

We provide our own gazebos, tables, table cloths, lighting and generators if electricity is not available.

We can also supply home-made salads to accompany your spit roast pork, Lamb. or Beef. When we supply salads we provide large polystyrene plates, (Not paper) and disposable cutlery.  

         
China crockery and steel cutlery are available to hire if required at very reasonable rates.
